By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from Phil and Sons Automotive, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages under these terms.

Program Description

Phil and Sons Automotive may send text messages concerning:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Vehicle-ready notifications

  • Service authorization requests

  • Parts-delay updates

  • Other updates related to your vehicle’s scheduled service

These messages are transactional and are not intended as general advertising.

Consent

Customers opt in by providing their mobile number and giving explicit verbal consent to a Phil and Sons Automotive staff member. Staff record that consent in the appointment system.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or automotive services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and service activity. Customers generally receive approximately two to five messages per service visit.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opting Out

After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional service-related text messages unless you provide consent again.
